Mathilde Espe Pedersen graduated as Hum. Physiol. in 2022 from the University of Southern Denmark. Since that she has been working as a research assistant in the role of coordinating projects related to exercise-protocols among patients with diabetes at Centre for Physical Activity Research (CFAS), Rigshospitalet.
As a PhD student, affiliated with Section for Biostatistics and Evidence-Based Research, at the Parker Institute, Mathilde will be developing and testing High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) protocols in patients with knee osteoarthritis.
