Signe Rifbjerg-Madsen is a MD graduate from 2004 and has more than 4 years of experience within internal medicine and rheumatology. She began first part of her specialist training in 2009. Furthermore Signe has experience from previous teaching and research. The aims of her PhD thesis are to investigate pain phenotypes in inflammatory rheumatic disease (RA, PsA, SpA) and to evaluate the prognostic value thereof on treatment response. The main studies are an observational prospective cohort study on RA patients with clinical and imaging (DCE-MRI) outcomes, and a registry study involving the national rheumatologic database DANBIO.
